About this opportunity
Mundus MAPP is a two-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Public Policy run by Central European University (CEU PU), IBEI (Barcelona), ISS (Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Hague) and the University of York. Admissions are handled by CEU, and the four universities assess candidates jointly.
Funding
- EMJM scholarship (highest-ranked applicants): full tuition-fee waiver + €1,400/month for 24 months (up to €33,600), meant for travel, visa, set-up and living costs. Health insurance is provided by the consortium.
- Institutional scholarship: one per study track, 50% tuition waiver in Years 1 and 2, no stipend.
- Not covered: the study visit and winter school (each roughly €600–1,000) and travel between consortium countries.
- Anyone who has already held an EMJM scholarship cannot apply again.
Deadline
To be considered for any financial aid, apply by 1 December 2026, 23:59 CET. Later deadlines (15 April / 1 July 2027) are for self-funded applicants only.
How to apply
Apply through the CEU online portal and tick the financial-aid option in the form. The CEU application fee is waived for Mundus MAPP applicants.
Open to all nationalities.
