About this opportunity
The Anzisha Fellowship backs Africa's youngest entrepreneurs — founders aged 15 to 22 — through a multi-year programme designed to grow their ventures and create jobs. Applications for the 2027 intake are open now.
Who can apply
- Aged 15–22, with a valid national ID or passport
- Citizen of any African country (Cameroon included)
- A founding member of the business you apply with
- The business operates in Africa and serves African customers or beneficiaries
- It has already started — you can show customers, revenue or beneficiaries. Ideas alone don't qualify.
- Any industry; the business does not need to be formally registered
What you get
- A multi-year venture-building programme
- Milestone-based cash stipends tied to your business progress
- A chance at the $40,000 prize pool, awarded across four categories at the end of year two
