Once your first mentor is assigned you have seven days to request a refund of 80% of what you paid.
One-time per learner. Requests are reviewed by a Togeva administrator and returned to your mobile money number within five working days.

Before you enrol
The things learners ask us most often.
Each track sets its own fee, and the level you choose adds to it. Tracks start at 30,000 FCFA for the whole programme — not per month. The app shows you the exact price of a track at your level before you pay anything.
No. You pick a track and a level and enrol by paying. Togeva then reviews your enrolment and selects a mentor for you, usually within two business days. If we cannot take you on the track you chose, you are refunded.
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before a mentor is assigned. Once your first mentor is assigned you have seven days to request 80% back. The guarantee can be used once, and refunds land on your mobile money number within five working days of approval.
Most learners are matched within two business days. You get a notification the moment your mentor is assigned, and you can message the Togeva team from the app while you wait.
